Valentine’s Day: Lobster Cocktail

This simple, classic appetizer is a rich in essence yet remains a casual way to enjoy seafood. It well compliments a wide range of menus and is a perfect way to kick off most any meal. It is also enjoyed by those at the bar looking for a small and delightful bite to eat with a few drinks. The fresh, luscious taste of lobster is well complimented by a pungent bistro sauce infused with robust mustard. A bed of mesclun mix serves as a lovely visual base and adds a crunchy texture to the overall dish.lobster cocktail

Ingredients:

Lobster Meat                                                   (390567)          4 oz.

Mesclun Spring Salad Mix                              (84613)            1 oz.

Grey Poupon Bistro Sauce                              (990068)          1 oz.

Preparation Instructions:

In a Martini glass, arrange 1 oz. of salad mix in the base of the glass. Drizzle bistro sauce then place lobster meat over the salad mix, placing the lobster meat on top. Garnish with a lime.
